Since 2014, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life in order to reach their health and fitness goals and create a happier life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled.
I am originally from Germany and started my health journey there with my own quest for a more balanced, fulfilled and healthy lifestyle. This mission took me to Cambodia, where I managed a yoga retreat center and taught daily yoga and meditation sessions, it lead me to Thailand where I worked in one of the leading Health and Fitness Retreats as Wellness Coach and it took me to many more countries. Today I call San Francisco, California my home where I work as Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Health Coach, supporting my clients to feel their best.
